Day 3: Favourite TV Program

Just a heads up that I’ve started the 30 day anime challenge over at my otaku blog, so I’ll be trying my best to restrict anime related responses to the thirty day challenge here (as proved difficult thanks to my previous post, rofl).

Your favourite TV Program: Summer Heights High

Summer Heights High

Technically Summer Heights High isn’t a TV program. It’s actually a mockumentary series, but I’ll class it amongst the former category as it was aired on TV, so nurr :3.

Anyway, this series is a mere eight episodes in length but believe you me, it packs in everything necessary. What’s it about? The lives of three different people, all which are played by Chris Lilley, at the school Summer Heights High. Chris Lilley manages to portray public school life here in Australia quite well, and this series is shockingly hilarious – especially if you’re Australian and are accustomed to the subtle hints of our culture which are constantly being demonstrated.

I seriously recommend you watch it, you won’t regret it!

I’ve never heard of that series (probably cause I don’t live in Australia). I find it amazing when 1 person has more than one part in movies or TV shows, and it usually ends up really funny, haha.

My favorite show’s How I Met Your Mother. :D I just find it hilarious!

School just started a few weeks ago, and it’s already overwhelming. :(

My brother has Diamond, and I have Pearl. :D I’ve heard of Pokemon Snap and Pokemon Stadium but never actually knew what they were. :))

Hmmm, that show sounds interesting–Is there anywhere i can find it online? and too bad it’s only eight episodes… Man i hate when they do that to awesome shows!, make them really short… Like Being Human( Which is my favorite program)

OMG that tallier looked just too funny! It kinda reminded me of a mixed between the Office and Glee lol. It’s late here but I well most def. watch it tomorrow =]

Being Human is this wonderful British T.V program about a Vampire, a Werewolf and a Ghost living together in a house and trying to get along with regular society. It’s pretty amazing (and it doesn’t hurt that the two main male characters are HOT =])
